AL TTAY
The Al ttay shopping Mall, located in Al Khawaneej, Dubai, commenced in April 2022 and sold out completely within a mere 45 days of its launch. Covering an area of approximately 38,204 square meters, the building is designed to house a total of 13 businesses, featuring a hypermarket, a clinic, a restaurant, and 10 stores. This project represents one of Investo's most triumphant fundraising endeavors.
THE VILLAGE
The Village Shopping Complex is envisioned as a comprehensive destination catering to shoppers within the community and beyond, providing a diverse array of shopping experiences, convenience, dining, and well-being. Alongside these amenities, the shopping center will house some of Dubai's most popular cafes, creating a warm and inviting space for customers to relax as part of their overall shopping experience.
